Bill Carrick

Bill Carrick is the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at 21Tech. With over 20 years of experience in IT services, business consulting, software development, and project services related roles, Bill has a wealth of knowledge in leading teams of software implementation consultants and developers, providing best practices in business process consulting, and process improvement. His specialties include IT service delivery, IT project management, maintenance and reliability best practices, and enterprise asset management consulting, with a particular focus on EAM/CMMS implementations. Throughout his career, Bill has held various executive leadership roles, demonstrating his ability to drive innovation and deliver value to clients through his expertise and leadership. As the VP of Strategy and Business Development at 21Tech, Bill brings his vast experience and knowledge to help drive the company's growth and success.

Phillip Bragg

Phill is a Hexagon ALI manager in the EAM Solution Consulting organization and has over 8 years’ experience working with EAM in various roles at Infor/Hexagon. Prior to Infor/Hexagon, Phill served 27 year in the US Marine and had a variety of logistics, maintenance, and maintenance management assignments. Phill resides in Colorado Springs, CO and spends his free time perfecting smoked meats, creating craft cocktails and dominating his fantasy football league.

Anthony Burkett

Anthony Burkett, EAM Administrator for VIA Metropolitan Transit in San Antonio, TX. A local resident with over 11 years of experience in the transit agency environment. With that experience, he has leveraged a passion for developing, implementing, and administrating system policies and infrastructures. He is also involved in building strategies, new practices, and procedures that define business principles. He has an in-depth knowledge of asset management, budgeting, inventory management, maintenance management, and FTA regulations and policies. In his current role, he leads a team of highly skilled staff that manage the EAM system and asset management section of Fleet and Facilities. He is the lead liaison between Fleet and Facilities Maintenance and Innovation and Technology (IT) on the implementation and administration of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system for the Fleet & Facilities division. This position is responsible for managing a team of individuals who are responsible for the research, gathering of, and analysis of business processes, technology, data integrity, reporting, and user requirements for the EAM system projects. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from GA State University.

Scott Hill

Mr. Scott Hill is the Houston Airports (HAS), Chief Maintenance Officer. In this role he provides executive leadership for the HAS Maintenance Division and is responsible for the effective delivery of self-performed and contracted maintenance at the three HAS airports, which include George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Hobby International Airport (HOU), and Ellington Airport & Spaceport (EFD). The Maintenance Division that Mr. Hill leads is comprised of the Maintenance, Maintenance Support, Horticulture & Grounds, Quality Assurance, Contract Administration and Fleet Maintenance Services, business units. In a prior role at HAS, Mr. Hill lead the HAS Asset Management business unit, and the implementation and ongoing update of the HAS Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). He still is responsible for the EAMS Documentation section within the Maintenance Division. Mr. Hill has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry gained through his roles in United States Air Force and the Houston Airports. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Facility Manager (CFM) with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Certified Member (C.M.) with the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). In 2018, Mr. Hill was one of the Airport Business Top 40 under 40.

Marc Laplante is an Industry Consultant at Hexagon ALI. He is a seasoned asset management expert with over three decades of experience in international standards development, enterprise advisory, digital solutions, and implementation. With a reputation for bringing clarity and practicality to asset management, Marc is committed to simplifying complex challenges and delivering impactful, results-driven solutions. His career spans diverse industries and geographies, making him a trusted advisor for organizations seeking to elevate their asset management strategies.

Shane Livergood

Senior Manager of Maintenance for Transocean with over 3 decades of experience, 28 years of which have been with Transocean. Mechanical Engineer by trade with a multi-disciplined background in Engineering, Projects, Marketing, Operations, Technical Support, Well Control Equipment, Reliability, and now Maintenance. Currently based out of Houston, TX, and has had the privilege of working overseas for 15 years primarily in Asia (9 countries).

Robert Maulding (Bobby Ray)

Senior Business Analyst with over 20 years of experience, 12 years with Transocean in various roles across Maintenance and IT departments and 8 years as a Machinist Mate in the US Navy. Multi-disciplined background including business process documentation, creating and delivering online and in-person training, assisting with mobile device rollout to Transocean’s Rig fleet. Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics.
